Photography, at the core, is how I experience the world, while writing allows me to explore and give voice to those moments. For me, both are a devotion - a way to feel fully alive. To immerse myself in the streets and to capture life as it unfolds around me, just as I see it through my lens. It’s a way to let my imagination run free. Every single photo, every sentence is an invitation - to feel, to notice, and to connect. Through my work, I strive to tell stories that linger, spark curiosity, and hold attention long after the moment has passed.
In 2019, I had a dream come true - publishing my first solo book with Trope Publishing combining both my photography and writing. I often think of the book as a map of my wandering feet: a collection of miniature moments, stolen seconds, and blink-and-you-miss-them glances that have quietly shaped my life. To me, they are ‘memory keepers’ and I want those memories to last forever. There will always be a moment worth capturing, and I know I’ll never stop chasing them.
I’m proud to be a Nikon Creator, part of a global community of photographers I deeply admire. I regularly host street photography workshops, where I share my passion for capturing everyday moments and help others discover their own perspective. I’ve also had the opportunity to speak at events such as The Photography Show in London and Birmingham, and Photo London at Somerset House.
In 2023, I worked closely with Nikon on the global launch of the Nikon Zf, bringing the camera to life through my own visual style. Alongside my photography, I’ve explored storytelling through film, contributing to WaterBear’s short documentary Reclaim the Streets, and collaborating with Nikon and The King’s Trust to support young and emerging creatives.
London is my hometown and somewhere I will always have special attachment for. But, travelling around the world is another big love of mine. I consider myself fortunate that during my early career in the travel industry, spanning over 20 years in both web publishing and travel advertising for a UK based airline, I was able to combine my skills and with my love for travelling.
If I can create something that makes someone feel, whether that’s an individual, a brand, or a client, that means everything to me. Knowing that my work might inspire someone to travel, experience something new, have a forever memory, or see the world differently is what continues to drive me. It gives me the energy, motivation, and purpose to keep creating.
